This is your invitation to live the rest of your life Well

There is no "one size fits all" cure for cancer - otherwise we'd all be using it.

We are all individuals, our cancer has grown from our individual cells, no two cancers are the same, no two stories are the same.

You have a story, its yours, its important and it CAN be shared to help others.

There are no "good" cancers.

You cannot always just "be positive", it is not healthy.  Please don't expect this from yourself, please don't ask others to do it.  We have been given a full range of beautiful emotions.

Feel them.  Express them. Learn from them. Move on.

HOPE is a vital ingredient for a happy life, keep it alive.  When someone takes your hope away and replaces it by "giving' you an amount of time left to live, kindly GIVE IT BACK to them.

No one knows how much time we have left.

Keep your hope alive, and NOURISH IT, there's no harm in that.

Never, NEVER give up hope.

This is your LIFE, it is not the dress rehearsal.

You are a perishable item, so live accordingly.

Be the CEO of your own health.  Get second opinions. Trust your instincts.  Educate yourself.

Keep searching.

Nourish your body, feed your mind.  Eat real food. If you can't pronounce it, don't eat it.

(Except quinoa, no one can pronounce quinoa and you can definitely keep eating that).

Get your body moving everyday in some little way.  Keep it simple, keep it natural.  Build a support network.  Learn to ask for HELP.

You were given this life, because you are strong enough to LIVE IT.

PLAY.

Practice gratitude.

Tell yourself everyday "AM WORTH IT" because you are.
