Join us for a one day workshop of gentle yoga and mindfulness practice.
Being diagnosed with cancer at any age is challenging but being a young adult at the time of diagnosis comes with it's own unique set of challenges. Two major causes of stress for young people are isolation and anxiety. This workshop is designed to address both of those challenges and introduce techniques for reducing stress.
You don't need to have any prior yoga or mindfulness experience, this is for everyone and it's a great chance to get together and spend a day treating yourself and mixing with other Whole Lotta Life Members!

12pm - 1.30pm - Lunch
1.30 - 3.30pm - Afternoon Session - Restorative Yoga
