TAKE THE 28 DAYS FOR LIFE CHALLENGE
For 28 days you will need to:
- Move and shake your body for at least 30/mins a day.
- Meditate Daily
- Eat Whole Foods
- Practice yoga once a week
- Practice Gratitude (with Journal)
- Rally support from your friends and fundraise for Whole Lotta Life
Over the 28 days, you will get:
- Nutritional info and menu planning ideas via email
- A Fitness Routine that uses Body Weight
- 2x Meditation tracks
- A weekly yoga video
- A Beautiful Journal Posted to You
- Fundraising Support and Ideas
- A Private Facebook Group with other Challenge Participants
